Maintenance

We compare your maintenance contract with existing conditions to identify deficiencies, provide an actionable list of work, and follow up with elevator contractor to deliver the maintenance you are paying for. If the current relationship is not working out, we can also manage the RFP process to find a new, qualified Elevator Contractor that will best fit your needs.

Throughout the maintenance improvement process, we will work closely with your team and elevator service provider to ensure that the repairs and upgrades are completed effectively and efficiently. We provide ongoing support and consultation to help you implement the recommended maintenance plan and optimize elevator performance over time.
